Member Services Assistant
Redmond, WA

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for Member Services Assistants at the Cascades Club at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale active-adult community.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide customer service for homeowner questions, complaints, comments, etc.
• Maintains order at the Member Services desk
• Welcoming members and guests
• Ensure that all members and guests are checking in properly
• Moving, lifting and rearranging tables, chairs, etc. for our banquet and conference rooms
• Answer the phone, distribute calls, make copies, mail packages, send faxes, etc.

36-40 hours a week. Flexible schedule - days, evenings, weekends.

The right candidate must excel in customer service, be fluent in MS Office, be able to operate multiple phone lines, have excellent clerical/filing skills, have a professional appearance, possess a positive attitude and outstanding people skills, and posses an valid driver's license. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Must be 21+ or older.

 

Association Manager
Show Low, AZ

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Community Association Manager in Show Low to conduct all duties necessary for the effective day-to-day management of community associations in accordance with Board policies and procedures. This includes working closely with board members and homeowners, budget preparation, and supervision of vendors and actively supporting the community vision, values, and philosophies.

Applicants should have excellent customer service and computer skills, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, and posses exceptional problem solving, organizational and administrative abilities. This position has flexible hours, including evening board meetings and an occasional weekend. This flexibility is a must! Community Facilitator

HOAMCO is seeking a part time evening facility attendant for the community of Eldorado. This position provides a wide variety of assistance in and around the community center and must be able to multi task and manage priorities in an efficient and accurate manner. Duties include; reception to existing and potential residents, and light cleaning. In addition, assists with resident activities at the Clubhouse.

 

Candidate should possess outstanding customer service skills, be comfortable with internet, Outlook email, proficient with MS Office programs, and have a friendly, positive attitude. Regional Director
Scottsdale, AZ

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Regional Director in our Scottsdale office. In addition to managing a portfolio of HOA communities, the Regional Director will also be responsible for supervising and assisting our Scottsdale team with the day-to-day management of their communities to ensure continued client satisfaction and compliance with company procedures. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will provide high level executive leadership assistance, human resource oversight, and actively support HOAMCO values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows both internal and external clients' needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction. This position has flexible hours, including some night board meetings and an occasional weekend. This flexibility is a must!

The right individual must work well individually and with a team in a high performing/fast-paced environment. Applicants should have exceptional problem solving, organizational and administrative abilities, strong financial statement insight, and excellent project management, computer and communication skills.
