Regional Director

In addition to managing a portfolio of HOA communities, the Regional Director will also be responsible for supervising and assisting our Scottsdale team with the day-to-day management of their communities to ensure continued client satisfaction and compliance with company procedures. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will provide high level executive leadership assistance, human resource oversight, and actively support HOAMCO values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows both internal and external clients' needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction. This position has flexible hours, including some night board meetings and an occasional weekend. This flexibility is a must!

The right individual must work well individually and with a team in a high performing/fast-paced environment. Applicants should have exceptional problem solving, organizational and administrative abilities, strong financial statement insight, and excellent project management, computer and communication skills. Community Facilitator
Prescott, AZ

HOAMCO is seeking a part time permanent community facilitator for Yavapai Hills HOA. This position provides a wide variety of assistance in and around the community center and community pool. Must be able to multi task and manage priorities in an efficient and accurate manner.

Duties include:

  • Greeting and assisting residents and guests
  • Answering phones
  • Process paperwork for access cards
  • Assisting with clubhouse reservations
  • Supervising pool usage
  • Light cleaning of community center & pool area

 

Hours include weekdays and may include some Saturdays. During summer pool season (Apr-Oct) hours, will also include evenings and weekends.

Candidate should possess outstanding customer service skills, be comfortable with internet, Outlook email, MS Office programs, and have a friendly, positive attitude. Previous administrative skills or hospitality experience is a plus. Employment is contingent on drug and background screening. Portfolio Manager

HOAMCO is looking for a full-time HOA Portfolio Manager in the Flagstaff area to manage a portfolio of HOA communities. Duties include performing community inspections, managing maintenance of common areas and amenities in each community, interpreting HOA legal documents and contracts, requesting and obtaining bids, assist in creating budgets for each community, responding to resident's needs, and attending Board Meetings.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a proven ability successfully to manage homeowner associations or projects
  • Who have a strong customer service mentality
  • Who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Who maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Have the ability to work with a variety of personalities such as homeowners, Board members, vendors, etc...,
  • Can tactfully communicate questions, ideas, and concerns to others

Responsibilities include:

The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for the layout, graphics and editing of the monthly Vistas Newsletter and all that it encompasses, organization of all Eldorado sponsored events, managing and keeping all communications (Marquee, message Boards, Association's website, and e-blast) of the Association updated, and is the staff liaison to the Information Committee.

 

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in:

  • Event planning
  • Layout, graphics, and editing
  • Preparing news and informational articles
  • Administrative duties

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Community Association Portfolio Manager in our Santa Fe office who works well individually or with a team in a high performing/fast-paced environment. Our Community Association Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of HOA's.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing service contracts for goods and services
  • Monitoring Association financial statements
  • Monitoring and assisting in the collection of delinquencies
  • Assisting boards and committees with financial planning
  • Attending board and committee meetings
  • Knowing and enforcing CC&R'S and being familiar with Association's plat maps
  • Ensuring common areas are maintained and ordering emergency repairs on common areas

 

Applicants should have excellent customer service and computer skills, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.
