Location: Stoneridge Community / Prescott Valley
Description: The manager of this master-planned community will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the community, in accordance with Board policy and procedure. The manager will actively support community values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows residents’ needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction.

Technology – Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
CAI designated by CMCA or AMS
3-4 years experience as a community manager
4-year degree in business or related management preferred
Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000
