In an effort to promote a consistent services culture, improved quality, setting of high performance standards, innovative approaches to operating associations and education to its staff and customers, HOAMCO distributes to its entire staff a weekly HOAMCO Best Practices bulletin.  The HOAMCO Best Practices weekly bulletin focuses on such topics as governance, reserve studies, financial operations, and meeting management.  HOAMCO utilizes a variety of resources to include Community Associations Institute literature, legal reviews, training seminars and HOAMCO’s experience in the industry.
